scalp sores

i have these painful like pimples only on my sclap and they don"t seem to be not infected but very sore when corabing my hair and will bleed if broken, anything i can do about it. i have been to a derm and was giving some sampoo but doesn"t seem to help.
 
I have things like that sometimes, they are sore and feel weird, I actually use sea breeze. It helps my scalp. You can buy it anywhere I believe, I think I got mine at beauty co.
 
I have the same thing, bumps in the back of my head that itch and hurt. I can't keep my hanRAB off of them! I've never had anything like this before. It's very disconcerting. My dermatologist gave me antibiotics for them, but I don't want to live on pills. I'm taking garlic capsules right now and hoping for the best. If any of you get relief, let me know what you did.
Also, I recently started taking DHEA to rev up my libido (I'm female, 36) and I don't want to stop taking it, because it helped. Do you think this could be causing the bumps?

Your shampoo may contain sodium laurel sulfate which really irritates some peoples skin/scalp esp along hairline on neck.
 
I have sores on my scalp that are infected..I have been back and forth to dermotologists for over two years..they hurt and I have swollen glanRAB and headaches.
 
oh my god, I'm going through that right now, except I dont have pimples, but the middle of my scalp is really tender and sore. It began a few days ago and hasn't subsided yet. i washed my hair with a tingling shampoo last night, that did nothing.
