Saw back after exercising?

I have a saw back, just under and to the right of my left (sorry for the bad use of words, I cant think of the right one) back bone (under shoulder). I got it at the end of a 1 and a half taekwondo session, and when I tried to streach the saw muscle, if that is what it is, it seamed to make it worse.

What can I do to make it better? I have sport for 2 hours tomorrow, and may have to miss out if it is still bad then
