I saw an anime but couldnt finish it and dont know its name. The anime was magic themed. There was a guy who was attacked by a girl with lightning attack but dispelled her attack. He also met a girl who had books memorized in her head and some magicians wanted to kidnap her to access all the ancient spellbooks in her head.
