It looked like a bicycle, but had a low frame, no seat, and peddles the size of your foot. The wheels were about the size of a kids bicycle but it looked like an adult could ride it. Seemed a cross between a scooter and a bicycle. Would appear you stood up while pumping? Anyway, saw someone walking out with it at Dicks Sporting Goods, but could find no more and can't seem to get any good hits on google.
