I record video using my iPod. If I were to upload the video directly to Youtube, it gets uploaded the way I want it, but I didn't edit it. So, when I get it off my iPod and put it into Sony Vegas, I can edit it just fine. It's saving it in a file that doesn't suck is the problem.
When I try to save it, I either get two small bars on the top and bottom, the sides, or it's just a video surrounded by black.
I can't find a setting in Sony Vegas 7 that helps with this.
I want to upload the video in the exact say way it would be if I directly uploaded it from the iPod, but there doesn't seem to be a setting in SV7 to do this. If there is, I haven't found it yet.
Does anyone know how I can render out the video using Sony Vegas 7, but with it still in it's original format, like how I got it off of the iPod with.
There has been one way I've been able to do this, but the quality stays at 240p when the iPod records are 720p.
Or, would After Effects be able to clear this up?
