Saving Threads

Is there any way to save a text message thread to your sd card or e-mail it without doing it one by one? I have a thread thats about to hit 2,000 messages and I'd like to save it because its got some good convo in it but I don't know how to do it all at once.

Not with the stock messaging app. Try going to Market and downloading an app called SaveMMS and see if they give you that option. Otherwise I am not sure.

I'm also looking after something that can save SMS threads, as SaveMMS doesn't do it, alas. I've got a thread with around 2800 texts in that I don't want to lose. It's annoying that I can't create a new thread for the same phone number.

How can I save forum topics (sometimes called threads) to my files and computer, without copying and pasting every single post to Wordpad?..................

Txtract SMS backup ..I had a thread of 100 messages from my soon to be ex husband..i needed to email it to my lawyer for court..it saves the entire thread and it can be emailed to urself..i then saved the attachment to SD card by checking the email from my phone

I use SMS Backup to backup all of my messages to my Gmail account. It's pretty efficient after the initial sync.
