Save web page as html?

Ok so i have this little problem... I want to save web page as HTML but ONLY HTML. Because when i use firefox or internet explorer (or maybe google chrome) to save a web page it gets saved as a html file + some other files like pictures and stuff. And i want all these files to be INSIDE the html file. so how do i do this??
