Satio User Friendly?

I was talking to my mom and she said that her latest phone at the moment is a SE Satio. She said that the phone is not user friendly. And I said, maybe you just don't know how to use you're phone. Do you agree with her?
 
Sony Ericsson has been always a user friendly phone. I have always liked the phone and I didn't have any problems regarding it. Maybe your mom is too old for the model or she's not that familiar with the phone.
 
the satio is much too big. was interested in all previews/advertisements. and puhh SE released such a big bracket. not up to date to the competitors in ways of size.
 
I like the camera on it - but in I am not a fan of the touch screen.......I find it awkward to text from.
