SAT II TEST--CAN I CHANGE MY TEST?

They may have some fee to cancel the Biology, then another fee to do English Literature, but it probably can be done.
 
Hi.. I signed up for the Biology SAT II and I don't feel comfortable taking it right now. On test day, will I be allowed to take English Literature instead? Will I be penalized? Am I supposed to go to Collegeboard and change my admission ticket??? PLEASE help me because I have no clue!
