SAT II Biology, major?

I got a 640 on my SAT II Biology as a sophomore, and I know it's not that good of a score. I was just wondering, if anything happens, and 640's my best score among all the SAT II subjects I take.. will the universities that I apply to expect me to major in Biology?

I'm really good at it. But I don't think I want to pursue it.

I also want to go to UCLA, if that helps.
