she's utterly terrified now? During the election Palin said "If [the media] convince enough voters that that is negative campaigning, for me to call Barack Obama out on his associations, then I don't know what the future of our country would be in terms of First Amendment rights and our ability to ask questions without fear of attacks by the mainstream media."

In the newly released Bush memos that have been made public, one of Bush's DOJ attorneys said "First Amendment speech and press rights may also be subordinated to the overriding need to wage war successfully,"

This is a far more overt subversion of the First Amendment then anything Palin imagined the media or Obama had done.

Do you think she is now terrified about the safety and sanctity of the First Amendment? This is from her own party no less? Do you think she's trembling in her boots for fear her First Amendment rights by me stripped away by big government in the name of war and national security?
 
NO she knows Evil is from Both Political Party, she really is an Independent knowing Democrats care about Government and Republicans care about the Stock Market neither of the Two Parties cares about People and she knows that's what wrong with America.

Sarah makes stupid remarks and it got on the news and she got criticized for stupid remarks.....
Nobody stopped her from making comments...
First amendment says you can say what you want....among other things.
