Yesterday when using the browser, it froze and refused to respond or even turn off. It began to get really hot, so I removed the battery to force it off-- I was out of the house, so I had no other options and the heat was worrying me. It ran fine afterwards for a couple hours, but after receiving and opening a picture text from a friend it crashed and refused to turn on again. When I plugged it into the computer, it wouldn't charge and I was told the device had malfunctioned. I can't tell if plugging it into the outlet is charging it, but it's still not turning on. What can I do?
