My phone just said .com.android has unexpectedly stopped working, so I forced closed it and it kept popping on immediately after I hit the force close button. So I powered off the phone correctly and now when I go to turn the phone on it will on load up the very first screen that says KYOCERA and then powers back off. Please help!!!
