Sanyo Vpc-e1075 repair?

somehow my mom had the camera in her pocket and fell while it had the lens(?) extended. But there seems to be very little damage overall but it won't turn on or retract the lens, something seems loose inside but it won't open even after taking the screws out. any idea? can't buy a new one
