Sanyo scp 2700 help please?

My phone just recently was able to download ringtones of myxer.com - but today it won't let me. I get this error that says " Data error 907 invalid content 404 not found. Why? How can FIX THIS MADNESS?? And also..it says that i only have 256 kb on my phone, even when i deleted all my apps and ringtones and stuff. I alos can no longer go on getjar. Why??
