Sanyo PLC-SW15 Projector red lamp light?

My Sanyo PLC-SW15 Projector has the red lamp light on the top. The manual says that it means the projector is in stand-by mode.The Ready light is green. When I turn it on nothing happens. The light and the fan don't turn on. I've tried hitting the reset button on the back, and the bulb is almost brand new. Thanks in advance. =D
