Sanyo Katana II cell phone quit working suddenly. It rings and displays, but no buttons work, including side keys. The buttons "click", but nothing happens. Took battery out. "end" button turns the phone on but doesn't turn it off. No other buttons work.
What's the problem and how can I fix it? Thanks!
