When I try to start my music player, a message comes up that says, " Sprint Music Plus needs to update itself before continuing. Do you want to do that now?" When I try to update another message comes up that says, "Same version already exists," with a choice to overwrite or launch. Even after overwriting the music player, I get the update message. I have already tried to update the firmware, and that didn't help at all.
