Sanyo incognito tv fix! read details !!!!?

ok , so i just got the new sprint "sanyo incognito." And you know how includes the sprint tv ? well it was working not but just an hour ago , and now everytime i try to watch anything it says "the tv show your trying to watch is unavalible (7000) . i have no clue what to do ? im suscribed but i dont know how to fix this !!!! someone , please help !
