Sanyo incognito ringtones?

I have a sanyo incognito phone I am able to have ringtones sent to my phone via bluetooth however, I do not know how to assign them as ringtones after receiving them or really where they are going....can't find them except in file manager and it wont let me move them or reassign them for ringtones.....help
