Sanyo incognito Question. Please HELP!?

i accidently deleted the shortcut tile on sanyo incognito. and ive looked everywhere but i really dont know how to get it back ! please Helpp !
 
No need to worry. Go to the personalize option on the one touch menue on the bottom of the startup screen. Then click personalize carousel. Add what you want.
