SANYO 2700 (SPRINT) assigned media question!?

Hey i have the phone the Sanyo 2700 by sprint. My picture album on my phone was full, and i wanted to take another picture... the only way i could do so was to delete something from a list of choices.. including Ringers, Assigned Media, etc. I looked through my assigned media file and ound many pictures i forgot i have ever taken. i was wondering if anybody knew how to get to the pictures on assigned media STEP by STEP without having to have a full album and having things to delete. THANKS
