I'm not sure about this. I think it is a little strange having a movie called

The first film is one of my favorite Christmas films (only beaten by the first two Home Alones) the second wasn't nearly as good, but still entertaining. Looking forward to this one, looks pretty good, and Tim Allen's usually pretty funny.
The Santa Clause of the title isn't the person Santa Claus, it's a clause (part of a contract) that Tim Allen's character unwittingly entered into when he put the costume on after the old Santa fell off his roof and died.
