Could be quite a few different things causing your problem. Catalytic converter, maybe. Fuel filter starting to get clogged, maybe. Carb base loose, sucking in air, maybe. Just needs a tune up, maybe. All of the above, maybe! None of the above, maybe!! You may have to bite the bullet and take it to a garage or to someone who can check it out for you. It's probably not a real big expensive fix.
