Samsung ZV10 Help

Alright guys orry to bother you but i have a zv10 unlocked but i wanna put another sim in da phone and it wont allow me to make phone calls or recieve um , sending sms work perfect its just the calls is the problem anybody any ideas wat i could do , plz help , maybe puttiN another firmware or something plz help
 
try to put ather sim card operator and reply result , some 2g cards cant send or recieve comunication with network signal displayed
 
i did im using a 2g sim called meteor in ireland but it will not allow to make or recieve calls s there anything i can do at all?
 
Your phone is barred/blacklisted, you have to change the imei of the phone. Which of course you know is illegal.

Hy there guys,
i hope you can help me with my next problem....
my phone's (ZV10) problem si that everytime i push the Live button it reboots itself. this happens everytime i try to connect go on the wap..
can you help? do you think it needs a new fresh software installed?
does anyone know why everytime i download on the phone from my pc a .jad or .jar file, why doesn't work...i know i'm doing something wrong but on the romanian forums (i'm from RO by the way) nobody knows or nobody wants to help me...hope you do...i'm using Samsung PC Studio 3.0.0 FB2 connecting the phone with a usb cable.
if you know what file types (as in games, programs) does this kind of phone supports please tell me
