Hi there, new to this so not sure if im doing this right or even in the right place. Have got z500 which has been working great until last few days, after ive made a call and hung up the screen freezes. Have to remove battery and start up again. This doesnt happen when anyone rings me only if i ring someone. Would be really grateful if someone knew what was wrong
