i recently purchased a samsung 40 inch lcd led hdtv it has a beautiful picture its just that there are a lot of water marks on the picture especially in fast moving scenes and i switch settings to smooth on the 120hz menu so that it will obviously move more smooth just wondering if anyone out there thinks its my tv or just the way it is?
