Samsung tracfone sim blocked?

I have a samsung tracfone and after i input my password that i forgot, i kept on trying combinations. i got it, then it asked for my puk code. i guessed it and after 10 tries i failed, i turn my phone off and then back on and it says enter phone lock. I did and now it says sim blocked, below it call sos, and sos on the bottom right. What do i do because all that does is call 911
