My sister gave me her old touch screen phone and she said she had no problem with it. I don't know what kind of phone it is all I know is it's a Sumsung and it'a a touchscreen. The screen will not work. I've had it for two hours and it keeps freezing. No matter what button I press, turn it on or off, whatever it won't work. It worked twice, froze and then wouldn't work again. I read that if you put your fingernail between the screen and the plastic housing it'll work but I don't know where that is. So if that is the soultion please tell me where it is or what to do.
