Samsung ST65, Setting time trouble.?

I just got this new camera the samsung st65 and I'm having issues with setting the time, I live in L.A and when I chose this time zone for the camera it always shows the wrong time, I've read the manual and everything but I cant seem to find a fix for this, Is there anyway to set the time manually?
