Samsung Solstice vs. Storm2 on Tmobile

Hey everyone,
this is my first post.

I am getting the Solstice next week from a friend for free. Brand new in the box. Also, I am getting a brand new Storm 2 for really good price. Both phones will be unlocked because I have tmobile plan. Unlimited data and messaging.

My question is what phone would work better on the tmobile plan? Also, will I be able to use the same widgets and applications on each phone, with Tmobile? Like the Solstice has the mobile tv, can I use that on tmobile?

Id like your opinions, drawbacks, and tips.

the draw backs are both devices dont have t-mobile 3g and you might have to set up all the settings internet,mms most probably tv wont work either.
