2- Use D500 cable
3- Select D500 Phone
4- Click *Service Jobs*
5- To notch only *Custom Reset* ok
6- Power On your Phone
7- Then *Proceeding Custom Reset...* message
8- Then *Operation Successfully Completed* it's UNLOCKED !
