Samsung Seek phone from Sprint?

I'm thinking about getting this phone, but I want to know a little bit more about it. Is it a good phone? Do the pictures come out pretty clear? Is it slow? CAN YOU TEXT ON THE TOUCHSCREEN? Please help! Thanks in advance!
