Samsung Seek M350 - how to add Voice Activated Dialing and Opera browser to "favs"?

I would like quick access to the voice activated dialing and to the Opera browser which I downloaded.....how can I add shortcuts to these in the "favs" menu? Is there any way to change the functions shown on the other menus (main, fun, web)? Thanks,
