I am having difficulty putting a particular MP3 sound file on my Samsung SCH U450 Intensity phone. It is able to play MP3s according to what I have read elsewhere. Currently the method I am using to transfer the file is this device:

I put the card in the reader, and put the reader into my USB drive and put my MP3 file in the 'my ringtones' folder, but when I put the card back into my phone and I try to find it on the memory card in my phone it doesn't show.
I know it is in the card because I checked the memory allocation and there is something in the 'my ringtones' folder but it won't show up on my phone so I can't use it. The file is only 20 seconds long, and about 128kb so size or length shouldn't be an issue. I would appreciate any help you could give me, Thanks in advance. Also I'm on verizon but thats probably already implied.
