Okay so i have a samsung rougue, ive been having some troubles with it like the screen freezing up. but the other night i accidentally fell asleep with it under my pillow, i woke up at 5:45, went to check my phone and it was burning hot and totally shut off, i took the battery out and went back to sleep. its cooled down now, but its still not working and im concerned. should i go to the verizon store? and if i do would they be able to transfer phone numbers and pictures i have saved? please answer asap, thank you =)
