This is my second samsung rogue. I'm trying to put new music on my phone. I did this multiple times on my first one, so it isn't lik i don't know what i'm doing. but whenever i plug the USB cord into my phone and computer, a message comes up on my phone saying "connect to PC". it has done this with both of my computers. any suggestions?
