I droped my phone and made sure it worked. Less than 2 hours later it stopped working. The phone turns on but the screen about the USB cable pops up. The touch screen doesnt work and when I type different letters pop up. I can turn the phone off but the Verizon logo doesnt go away unless I take out the battery and when I put the battery back in it turns the phone back on which it shouldnt. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it?
