I just bought a samsung rogue a month ago. And this morning, i tried opening my browser but it restarted automatically. I tried it 3 times, and it still restarts. I tried taking off the battery and putting it back but it still doesnt work. I called *228 and restarted my phone but when i tried using my mobile web, it still dont work. I dont know what to do. And if I reset the settings on my phone would it delete my contacts and pictures and musics? Please help me
