Samsung rogue delay[i hate the 20 character rule] ?

okay so i have the samsung rogue and if eel like when i go in my messages and go to text someone when its in like that IM format and i slide out the keyboard it takes a lil longer to switch to landscape mode, not long like it takes like 2 seconds. does this happen 2 anyone else? thanks
