Okay so there is this phone I'm sure you've heard of it, the samsung rogue. and it says it needs a data package. is a data package required to still operate the phone? can i still text and download music and make calls without one? and you might say get another phone for that kinda stuff but right now the rogue is #1 on my list. your answers will be greatly appreciated. thanks.
