When I plug my Samsung Reality phone from Verizon into the computer the "updating library" sign immediately comes up with the loading signal. It then either stays like that until I shut my phone off or it freezes. What can I do to fix this?I really want to put music on my phone but this is preventing me from doing so. Much appreciated!
