Please help me. My samsung reality shut off without warning today. It does this sometimes, but always turns back on without a problem. But now it shuts off, lights off to the verizon starting screen, goes black, and goes back to the screen that it usually does when it starts that says verizon. The phone does this over and over unless I take out the battery. Does anyone have a solution to this?
