I have a samsung rant and i have music on it but i want to make them my ringtones. Ive already tried going on free ringtone website but they all require me to use internet on my phone and i dont have internet on my phone. can someone plz tell me how i can sent them as my ringtone? it says that " i have to dowload the file" when i try to set it up as my ringtone.
