My old phone broke so my friend gave me her Samsung Propel (AT&T). Well now, it won't send texts (which is basically all I do). So, can I send it back to AT&T and see if they can fix it? Or if they can't, will they send me a new one? And if so, will it be the same phone? Because I am sick and tired of this one.
