I'm looking to get a new phone and plan to have it for 2 or 3 years. Right now I have the option of buying one of these new or getting a used one. BUT comparing these two, which one is more durable and useful. I've never had a touch screen so I don't really know what they're like. Are they durable? On the website it says they're the same price but when I went to the store the Character was $20 more. Is it worth the extra money? Or would you recommend the Profile?
