I plugged my phone into the computer, but its not showing the icon underneath devices showing that its connected. And when I click 'Search Devices' it has my device in a list and I click it, then 'Connect' but it says: The device cannot be opened because another Program is currently using it. Close the program to connect the device. I don't have any other programs using my phone so I am really confused, what am I supposed to do?
