Samsung Omnia i900 - messages?

I have my memory full and i'm trying to delete all sent messages so i will have space again but it continously jams. is there a way that i connect it to the computer and erase them through it? ps i have the cable to connect it. hope that you can help me because i cant receive any sms's right now because of this problem
