black screen.? I have no idea what's wrong with it. When you press the power button, the blue logo appears on screen, then it cuts to black.
I don't know if was updated or anything beforehand, so this sort of hinders my ability to do much at all.
Just asking here in case anybody can figure out the error, maybe it's not that common and easy to identify. Google yields no answers for me.
If it helps, that laptop had a virus a few months back, but we fixed that up just fine.
