i just got my samsung jet recently and then i wanted to send pictures and songs to it through my computer to my phone but when i installed the samsung new pc thing they said there was a main error! and they ask me if i want to send the error report or not but then if i try to click anything my whole computer will hang. please tell me whats wrong and what do to.
